1. Visit to the Websites

Upon loading adares websites, the browser being executed on the terminal device automatically sends information to the website. This information is being stored temporarily in a so-called Logfile. The following information is thus collected and stored until automated deletion:

• IP address of the requesting computer,
• date and time of access,
• Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) or Central European Time (CET) and time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT),
• name and URL of the accessed file (concrete page),
• access Status / HTTP status code
• each transferred amount of data,
• website from which access is made (referrer URL),
• utilized browser and, if applicable, the operating system of the computer as well as the name of the access provider
• language and version of the browser software.

The information processing takes place in order to allow for an unobstructed connection to the website, use of the website, evaluation of system security and stability as well as for administrative purposes.

For reasons of technical security, in particular to ward off attempts to attack the web server, this data is stored. After 80 days at the latest, the data will be anonymized, so that it is no longer possible to establish a reference to individual users, and deleted at the latest after statistical processing.

Data recorded while accessing the website will only be transmitted to third parties if the law firm adares is obliged to do so by law or court decision or if disclosure is required in case of attacks on the internet infrastructure for legal or criminal prosecution. A disclosure does not take place for any other non-commercial or commercial purposes. The data are processed solely for this purpose and in anonymous form for statistical purposes.

2. Data processing upon contacting

When contacted by users, the information provided by users is collected, processed and used. Data processing for the purpose of establishing contact takes place on the basis of the voluntarily granted consent.

3. Transfer of data

A transfer of personal data to third parties only takes place if the disclosure is necessary for the performance of the lawful duties of the law firm adares or for asserting, exercising or defending legal claims or if there is a legal obligation or if this is legally permissible or necessary for the execution of contractual relationships or if a consent was granted for this.

The online offer contains links to websites of other providers. The law firm adares has no influence on the compliance of these providers with the data privacy regulations.

By using the website or establishing contact, the user consents to the data processing described in this data privacy notice.
